Welcome to the California Digital Equity Program (CalDEP) Application Portal! 

The California Digital Equity Program (CalDEP) is a subgrant program that will provide funding to statewide, regional and local entities to conduct activities to support implementation of the State Digital Equity Plan (SDEP). Please review the CalDEP Grant Guidelines and Request for Applications (RFA) and CalDEP pages for full details on the program before applying.

Please read the instructions carefully before starting your application.  

• All applications for CalDEP must be submitted via this Application Portal. CDT will not review any applications submitted via other formats or channels.

• This Application Portal uses the Submittable system. You will need to create a free Submittable account or sign in with Google or Facebook credentials to submit.

• The form will automatically save your progress. Alternatively, there is a “Save” button at the bottom of the page. You may return to the draft at a later date to finish filling out the form.

• Please note that applicants will not be able to initiate changes to their application after submission. CDT will reach out to applicants for curing during the review process if we require any additional information or clarification to your application.

• The Application Portal works best on Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported. Please make sure you are using a supported browser.

• CDT may follow-up with you about your submission by email. Please be sure to safelist notification emails from Submittable and check the email you used to sign up for your Submittable Account regularly.
